UK Traditional Marquetry Shells & Fans
Our marquetry shells reflect an antique style of c. 1780. They’re made using natural boxwood or maple, of which parts are sand shaded to add depth. Finished off with a light wood, fine line. Backgrounds are available in green coloured wood veneer, if required in mahogany, please contact us for availability.
All our marquetry panels are created in-house in the UK, without CNC machinery, instead we use a traditional fretsaw machine and sand shading techniques. If you do not find anything which matches your needs, contact us for bespoke, one-off marquetry, to your design. In the meantime, please view some of our Bespoke Marquetry projects.
